Puppy Headstart- introduction to field work, crate training and gunfire
We provide individual care and specialized attention for your pup. Headstart is included in the raising of all litters whelped by us here at GE. We start the developing high achievers program at 3 days of age and continue until eyes and ears are open. Formal headstart begins at 5 weeks of age and continues until they go home at 8-9 weeks.
Basic Obedience- 6 months of age and over
Who's walking who here?? Use our basic obedience program to build a relationship of communication and trust. Your dog will learn- to walk on a loose lead, here, heel, sit (means stay), down, crating, socializing and more. $600 a month
Private Lessons
You can do it! Let us help you have the companion you deserve. Lessons are offered for basic through advanced obedience, problem solving and retriever basics.

Retriever training
Tired of the birds not making it to the table? Let us give your family companion the education he needs to be an honor to shoot for. A limited number of openings are available reservations accepted. Let the 20 years of professional retriever training experience work for you. Secure boarding
Need to get away? Safely board your dog and relax knowing he or she is receiving daily exercise and supervised socialization in their one acre play yard. Proof of current vaccinations is required for all dogs entering the property, including parvo, distemper, bordetella, and rabies, with no exceptions. We do recommend a series of 2 of canine flu vaccines.
- General daily boarding $20 a day
- Board and train program is available for an additional fee of $10 per day
- There is no extra charge to administer daily medication and daily supervised play time.
- CLOSED on sundays and holidays

***We prefer live coverage however in certain situations an A.I. may be necessary wither it be fresh chilled for shipment or side by side. There are additional charges per collection which is due prior to shipment. Female owner is responsible for expenses related to semen collection and preparation (including extender), shipping container and fed ex charges. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for stud fee on live breedings-Balance is due 7 days after litter birth. Shipped semen and Frozen semen stud fee is due in full before shipping. Brucellosis testing (for live coverage), OFA and CERF clearances are required. ALL pet/hunting puppies must be sold on limited registration and spay/neuter contracts- no exceptions!
